PAYMENT AND OTHER TOS FOR CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS;
• Commission must be paid in full before I sent the finished artwork
• Payment can be made through PayPal or CashApp
• Payment is due upon completion for any commission type that is NOT a sketch. Payment is due upfront for any type of sketch commission
• W.I.P. shots will be sent upon request
• FOR ANY NON SKETCH TYPE COMMISSION; I allow up to 4 changes in pose or facial expression without charge. After those 4 changes, each additional change will be +$5
• FOR ANY SKETCH TYPE COMMISSIONS; I allow up to 3 changes in facial expression or pose without charge. After those 3 changes, each additional change will be +$3
• Reference sheets or images are required, I will not work off of descriptions for illustration commissions
• Artwork CAN be used for business cards and other promotional material, HOWEVER you must either link back to my social media OR put my username somewhere that is visible on the piece/item/product

TYPE A INCLUDES;
• a fullbody front view
• basic character info (name, pronouns, gender, likes/dislikes, species, etc.)
• color palette upon request
Starting price; $45
TYPE B INCLUDES;
• a fullbody front view
• basic character info (name, pronouns, gender, likes/dislikes, species, etc.)
• color palette upon request
• 1 medium item (ex. a plushie, gaming console, bag/backpack) or 2 small items (ex. a knife, drink, toy, phone)
• up to 4 detail shots to show various design elements (ex. paw pads, eyes/eye colors, muzzle, tongue color, flesh/blood color, tattoos, scars, etc.)
Starting price; $55
TYPE C INCLUDES;
• a fullbody front view
• a fullbody either showing a back view or an outfit
• basic character info (name, pronouns, gender, likes/dislikes, species, etc.)
• color palette upon request
• 3 medium items (ex. a plushie, gaming console, bag/backpack) or 5 small items (ex. a knife, drink, toy, phone)
• up to 6 detail shots to show various design elements (ex. paw pads, eyes/eye colors, muzzle, tongue color, flesh/blood color, tattoos, scars, etc.)
Starting price; $70
PAYMENT AND OTHER TOS FOR REFERENCE SHEET COMMISSIONS;
• Commission must be paid in full before I sent the finished artwork
• Payment can be made through PayPal or CashApp
• Payment is due 50% upfront, the rest being paid upon completion
• W.I.P. shots will be sent upon request
• I allow up to 4 changes in pose or facial expression without charge. After those 4 changes, each additional change will be +$5
• Reference Images are preferred, but I can work off of detailed descriptions
• All reference sheets are unshaded
Customs work similarly to my reference sheet commissions. Below is the form I'll need you to fill out so I can give you exactly what you want (or close to it).

PRICING FOR CUSTOM CHARACTERS IS THE SAME AS THE PRICING FOR MY REFERENCE SHEET COMMISSIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE;
• Please wait at least one week from the request date to ask for an update. I have a PT day job and I'm also disabled so I may not be able to get your commission done super quickly
• I HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON
• I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR HALT A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON
• Reasons for refusal or cancelation may include, but are not limited to;
● if you are rude or intensely pushy in your initial ask or following correspondence
● if your commission contains subject matter that is on my "will not draw" list
● if I am unable to finish your commission in the timeframe given
● if I am ghosted without explanation (ghosting without explanation will also bar you from commissioning me in the future)
● if you make me uncomfortable, for any reason
● if you berate me or belittle my work
● if you question my pricing or try to haggle for a discount
● if you are ableist, transphobic, homophobic, fatphobic, or otherwise bigoted towards me or my work
● if you request for me to draw something on my "will not draw" list and will not take no for an answer
WHAT I WILL DRAW;
• Anthro furry characters, with a reference sheet (please note that I can draw feral furry characters but they are not my strong suit)
• Human or humanoid characters, with a reference sheet
• Original characters, with a reference sheet
• Characters from anime/cartoons/video games/books/manga/etc, with a visual reference
• Couples
• Light mecha or armor (heavy armor or complicated designs can be done but will cost a little extra)
• Gore
• NSFW themes and kinks (anything hard or extreme will have to be discussed to see if I am comfortable)
• Themes and "-core" stuff (traumacore, rainbowcore, scenecore, etc.)
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW;
• ANY hateful symbols or hate speech, including but not limited to;
• Racism and colorism
• Fatphobia or fatphobic themes
• Certain fetishes (message me to see if what you'd like me to draw is something I'm comfortable with)
• Rape, incest, pedophilia
• Characters abusing one another
• Homophobia, lesbophobia, transphobia, any kind of LGBTQ-phobic material
• Xenogender or neopronoun hate
• Feral animal NSFW
• anything you don't see listed above but would like to see if I will or won't draw it ? message me !
• Commissions will be posted to my Instagram and TikTok (@talkingfernn) with proper credit to you and tagging given in the description. Please let me know if you'd prefer to either stay anonymous or not have your commission posted publicly.
